The RG Feedback Bands were made to be used for both corrective and dynamic exercises. If you don't have access to a local gym these bands are the perfect alternative to use as resistance in the comfort of your own home.
Flat Finish
We designed the bands to have a flat finish, so they can be used for corrective and dynamic exercises. More specifically the flat finish allows you to wrap the bands around your body for corrective work, without them digging into your skin like traditional bands do.
Made from Rubber
We made our bands from rubber, which makes them more durable and resistant to environmental conditions. As well as improved elasticity, meaning they can be used for corrective and dynamic exercises.
Latex Free
Unlike most traditional bands, we decided not to use latex in our bands, so we could reduce the probability that you'll have any skin reactions, and also to reduce the likehood of them snapping.
4 Levels of Resistance
Each pack includes 4 bands with varying resistance levels, so you can mix and match for optimal resistance as you grow.

I bought a Parabar and tried it with fabric bands. That didn't work out at all, but with the FP bands you really get a good feedback close to a pulley.
