All products* are shipped from our warehouse in Hungary.

Orders from outside of the European Union may be subject to additional duties and taxes. By placing an order for international delivery, you agree to comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country and to pay any customs duties or taxes that may be assessed on your order, including any import duties, levies, taxes or other additional costs and expenses associated with importing the products you purchase.

In the event that you refuse to pay the customs duties or taxes on your order, your order may be forfeited unless you arrange and pay for returning the product to us. We will not be able to issue a refund for your purchase until we receive the package and confirm that the products are in their original condition. No refunds will be offered for orders that are forfeited or otherwise abandoned, damaged, unsellable, or unrecoverable.

We cannot predict or control any customs duties and/or taxes that may be assessed on your order. These fees are determined by the customs agency of your country. If you have any questions about these costs, please contact your local customs agency for more information. 

Functional Patterns Innovations Europe will not be held responsible for any possible delays, costs, duties, and/or taxes that may be applied by customs authorities in the destination country.

    Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed upon entering your delivery address at checkout.

    Your product(s) will be delivered by GLS.


    How can I check the status of my order?

    All orders are normally processed within one working day from when you receive your order confirmation email, provided your order was made before 14:00 CET.  

    Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, you will receive a second email, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

    Please allow 24 to 36 hours from the time you receive your tracking number for the shipping carrier to show movement on the parcel. If the tracking status has not been updated within 36 hours of receiving your tracking number and the status still shows as ‘pending’, please contact us so we can look into this for you. Please note that it may take longer for the status to update if you placed your order on a non-business day. 


    I have not yet received my order 

    If your order is not delivered within 6 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at (innovations-eu@functionalpatterns.com) with your name and order number and we will look into this for you. 


    Can I cancel my order? 

    In most cases, you will be able to cancel your order, provided that it has not yet been dispatched. Please notify us as soon as possible after purchase if you wish to cancel your order. If this remains possible, we will notify you by email and issue a refund as quickly as possible. 

    If your order has already shipped or is too far along in the process to cancel, your request will be considered a return, in which case our usual return process will apply.


    Can I amend my delivery address? 

    Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to amend the delivery address you provided at checkout. We should be able to change this for you, provided your order has not yet been dispatched. If your order has already shipped, it may not always be possible to change your delivery address. 


     

    My product arrived damaged, what do I do?


    If your product is damaged upon opening the packaging, please do not use the product and send us an email as soon as possible at innovations-eu@functionalpatterns.com with the following information:

     

    • Your order number
    • Product(s) ordered
    • Clear photos and/or videos of the damaged product, and of the packaging 

     

    Please ensure that all of the information above is included, as without it we cannot answer your query effectively.


    The box arrived damaged; what do I do?


    If your product arrives and the box is damaged, please do not open the box until after following the instructions below:  


    1. Take photos or a video of the damaged box

           2. Send an email to innovations-eu@functionalpatterns.com with the following information: 


    • Your order number
    • Product(s) ordered
    • Clear photos and/or videos of the damaged product, and of the packaging 

    Once you have done this, feel free to open the box and check if the product is damaged.


    If the product is damaged > Please see above


    If the product is not damaged > You are free to keep the product and enjoy its use. 



    I would like a refund


    If you would like a refund for your purchase, you must notify us that you wish to return your product(s) within 14 days of delivery. If this date falls on a non-business day, you will have until the next business day to notify us. 

    You must ensure that you send back the product(s) within 14 days from the day you notify us of your intention to do so. 

    If the product is being returned at no fault of Functional Patterns or our chosen shipping carrier, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for any return shipping costs and customs duties yourself. The products must still be in their original, unused condition.

    If you received the wrong product(s), or the product(s) received are faulty, please follow the steps in the next question section, ‘My product arrived damaged, what do I do?’ and a returns label will be provided to you at no additional cost. 

    You can choose any shipping carrier you like for your return. 

    We recommend you use a carrier that offers parcel tracking. Please keep a copy of the tracking number of your return.

    It may take up to two weeks from the date of receiving the returned products to process your return. If you have not received a return confirmation email within 14 days, please contact us and we will look into this for you.

    Please note that we may withhold your refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

    All refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

    Any shipping costs you paid when you made your purchase will be returned to you.

    You may use the below model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory to do so.

    If the product is being exchanged at no fault of Functional Patterns or our chosen shipping carrier, please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs, as well as the shipping costs associated with the replacement product(s).

    DISCLAIMER

    Please note that if the carrier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, the package will be redirected to a designated pickup point. It is your responsibility to collect it within the specified timeframe.

    Failure to retrieve the package will be considered a return, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
